As a recovery reentry center, our primary goal is to support individuals who are transitioning from various forms of institutionalized care, such as incarceration, substance abuse treatment facilities, or mental health facilities, back into society. We provide a range of comprehensive services aimed at facilitating their successful reintegration into the community while promoting personal growth, stability, and independence. Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Therapy are structured treatment programs that provide intensive support and therapy for individuals dealing with substance abuse or mental health disorders. IOP provides a structured program involving various therapeutic components, IO therapy focuses primarily on intensive individual therapy sessions tailored to the individual's specific needs and challenges. The choice between the two depends on factors such as the severity of the individual's conditions and treatment plan.

Our dedicated case manager works closely with each individual to develop personalized reentry plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. Our case manager also provides ongoing support, advocacy, and assistance in accessing resources such as housing, employment, education, healthcare and other services.

We offer individual and group counseling sessions facilitated by licensed therapists and counselors.

Our therapy programs address a variety of issues, including substance abuse, mental health disorders, trauma, anger management, and life skills development.

We offer workshops and classes focused on developing essential life skills such as budgeting, time management, communication skills, conflict resolution, job readiness, and vocational training.

These programs empower clients to navigate the challenges of everyday life and build a foundation for long-term success and stability.

Our peer support plays a vital role by providing a sense of belonging, validation, and empowerment, by connecting with others who understand their experiences firsthand, clients can build strong support networks and increase their chances of achieving long-term success and stability in their lives.

We provide educational assistance to help our clients complete their high school education, pursue higher education opportunities, or acquire vocational certifications. These services include tutoring, GED preparation classes, assistance with college applications, and access to educational resources.

We (along with some of our affiliates) offer job placement assistance, resume building workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling to help our clients secure meaningful employment. Our employment specialists work with local employers to identify job opportunities and provide ongoing support to clients as they navigate the job search process.

When ready, we assist our clients in finding safe and stable housing options and/or referrals to supportive housing programs based on individual needs and eligibility criteria.

We facilitate and participate in support groups and community events allowing our clients to connect with peers, share experiences, and receive encouragement and guidance from others who are also navigating the reentry process. These opportunities for social support and community engagement are essential for fostering a sense of belonging and reducing feelings of isolation.

Our services extend beyond the initial reentry phase to provide ongoing support and assistance by helping our clients develop coping strategies, identify triggers for relapse, and build a strong support network to maintain their sobriety and wellness in the long term.
